Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities include:
• Analyse vendor contracts and identify any issues and independently develop practical and sustainable resolutions for and in direct contact with customers and suppliers and ensure and demonstrate compliance with our business requirements.
• Implement, manage and control mechanized tracking of external system/ vendor contract with special focus on system access control.
• Monitor activity to analyse business requirements to forecast/define future needs and/or (system) requirements.
• Communicate and from time to time negotiate facts and issues with internal stakeholders and third party representatives. Become front door function for any questions on system access, application, scope, etc. across the projects.
• Work on improving database for continuous performance improvement.
• Assure data quality in all owned databases
• Position will be responsible for ensuring customer contracts are implemented according to corporate governance, AT&T business rules and in line with vendor contract.

• University degree
• Working knowledge of the business activities surrounding access management, supply management, financial management (invoicing, accrual processes), and provisioning processes.
• Cultural and commercial understanding and experience for access management in emerging markets.
• Experience in telecommunications in-source/ out-source initiatives is desirable
• Working in a similar role is vital
• Applicants will demonstrate an in depth understanding of access management function and wide application of software maintenance and operations of systems
• Excellent English, written and spoken; another language skill appreciated
• Legal experience
