Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Access Billing Dispute Specialist will be a part of the Access Billing Management (ABM) team within Finance organization. The Access Billing Dispute Specialist will manage billing queries and disputes for telecom supplier invoices in MoW.
Main Role and Responsibilities:
o Managing supplier billing related mismatches and disputes. Dispute management involves regular communication, negotiations via e-mails, conference calls, Telepresence or occasionally face to face meetings.
o Support the investigation and resolution of complex inventory issues
o Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the vendors, AT&T partner organizations and the broader ABM teams
o Support key controls, financial audit
o Support inventory management and accuracy. Proactively suggest solutions to ensure continuous improvements in areas of responsibilities.
o Support ABM team to improve Invoice Processing and Dispute Management process. Help to identify root cause of disputes and work with the vendors and partner organizations on improvements.
o Anticipate problems and drive resolutions using good judgment and negotiation skills.
o Identify ways to share information /experience/ knowledge that enhances process effectiveness.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

1. Accuracy – attention to details with a methodical and organized approach
2. Experience with reporting and metrics- strong numerical skills
3. Excellent degree of PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) excellent MS Excel skills including advanced use of functions
4. Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
5. Good organizational skills, self disciplined and a team player with good interpersonal skills
6. Flexible, Analytical mind, Problem solver
7. Ability to work with teams and vendors across countries/regions, Cultural Awareness
8. Understanding of the AT&T Access management/ Finance procedures is an advantage
9. Strong knowledge of AT&T process environment - Knowledge of AT&T Telecom supplier billing and ordering tools and processes is an advantage
10. Strong knowledge of Telecom Products and Services
11. A good team player with commitment and positive attitude.

Other Requirements:
University education- Economic or Finance degree preferred or Secondary school education - A level
✔ Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability plus knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
