Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Location: Lakeside, Bratislava, Slovakia
Working time: US business hours / 2:00pm -10:30pm /

Ensure customer issues service orders at the right time and systems are updated
Coordinate activities between customer, AT&T and other departments
Coordinate activities including: reporting to customer, providing updates for customer & network, updating systems and tools
Mediate issues between distributor, customer and within different departments
Provide room ready requirements, milestones and statuses
Program management (ATX Total Service) when in project quantity, if requested
Manage non-physical projects from cradle to grave including all project aspects
Track down and/or redirect customer questions to the correct contact
Initiate process improvements as discovered
Train sales how to manage non-new-revenue generation projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability
Knowledge of the Project Management methodology and best practices
PC literate with experience in a range of software packages. (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word)
Flexible, Analytical mindset, Problem solving abilities, Stress resistant, Team player
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Network Planning, Engineering and Construction architectures
PM certification is a strong advantage
Knowledge of order management and service delivery
