Leading the Scheduling Activities in the DTAC Team, responsible for:
- Proactively working with the Project Management Team to ensure that all Installations are scheduled with the Engineering Team in-advance of the Customer Negotiated Due Date
- Communication of the Date & Time of Installation to the Project Manager & DTAC Engineers
- Updating all necessary Databases with Dates & Times of scheduled Installation
- Working closely with the Project Manger to accommodate special customer requests and scheduling needs
- Working closely with the Project Manager & Engineering Teams to ensure that all predecessor events are completed before a DTAC engineer is assigned to complete a task
- Verification that all necessary documents have been uploaded into database
