Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Engineer is responsible for providing Installation and Troubleshooting Support for Field technicians, Customer technicians and Project Managers to ensure the On-Time delivery of the Service to Customers
Main tasks:
Working time:
Engineers work in shifts, the team provides 24/7 support to customers. Shifts depend on requirements of the customers – work during weekends and public holidays will be required to support customers needs
Main tasks:
- Working effectively with the Project Management & Engineering Groups to enable Router Installations by providing Remote Support
- update of Databases and Tools to ensure that the Customer Service is Managed, Measured and Billed.
- High Quality Installations
- Data-Entry
- Configuring, troubleshooting of CER and PER routers using all types of access in all regions.
