Billing Dispute Compliance Manager

The candidate for the Control Compliance position will be responsible for verifying the quality and accuracy of billing adjustments that have been issued in the Customer Care billing Centers to ensure compliance to the AT&T Schedule of Delegations and billing methods and procedures. The candidate will provide accurate and timely reports on the call center representative’s application of billing adjustments, provide feedback, and provide recommendations to ensure that quality standards are met. The candidate will verify data accuracy from a variety of AT&T billers, matching it to customer invoices and produce monthly reports outlining the accuracy of the adjustments at a Center, Manager and Coach level.

The position will require the candidate to assimilate data from various AT&T billers and systems, documenting issues and performance for management review and provide information to assist in the feedback. Having confidence in the use of technical tools and use of standard Microsoft software, accompanied by strong analytical and written skills will assure successful completion of duties.

The candidate must have a strong respect for process and be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent written and oral English Language skills are essential in AT&T’s international work environment.
