Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Producing of technical documentation, along with liaising with third parties and internal groups to schedule and support changes within agreed time scales arranged with the customer
- Technical validation of the solution, updates to AT&T internal databases, planning and preparation of migration plans for cut-over to the AT&T service.
- Responsibility for Customer facing activities such as verifying technical requirements, migration technical planning & scheduling, joint AT&T and customer migration and testing
Working time: 8 working hours per day; EMEA working hours, every 7th week US working hours

Personality requirements and skills
- English language on a very good level (daily communication)
- 3 + years experience with Cisco configuration, 3rd level technical support , project management
- Required CCNP certification (CCIP, CCDA , CCDP, CCIE are advantage)
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of Network protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, high level MPLS knowledge ,VOICE , JUNIPERs, MULTICAST, etc
