Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

8 working hours in EMEA & US time zone (engineers are expected to be flexible and to support customers in different time zones)
Producing of technical documentation, along with liaising with third parties and internal groups to schedule and support changes within agreed time scales arranged with the customer
Technical validation of the solution, updates to AT&T internal databases, planning and preparation of migration plans for cut-over to the AT&T service.
Responsibility for Customer facing activities such as verifying technical requirements, migration technical planning & scheduling, joint AT&T and customer migration and testing

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

University degree, technical field (Telecommunications/Networking) an advantage
Strong communication skills in English, both written & verbal (upper-intermediate to advanced level), working experience in English-speaking country or in an international company is very welcome
3 + years experience with Cisco configuration, 3rd level technical support , project management
Required CCNP, CCIP certification (CCDA , CCDP, CCIE …..ADVANTAGE )
Analytical skills
Able to work under pressure
Flexibility
Knowledge of Network protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, high level MPLS knowledge ,VOICE , JUNIPERs, MULTICAST,
Security: NAT configuration, Proxy server, and Firewalls
WAN technologies: Frame Relay, DSL, ATM, Ethernet, ISDN, POS etc
QoS, Multicast, VOIP, SNA, Crossover service (SXO), PVC/VRF-lite, etc
Hardware: Cisco devices, Nexus, Loadbalancer, multiplexers
