Job description:
• Being in charge of on-time and accurate delivery of 3rd party access circuits in most of the world
• Managing order processing and order tracking system
• Cooperating with internal and external project partners
• Being responsible for the implementation of services
• Administering the overall circuit implementation of required services, including local language support
• Managing and providing feedback to the business partners throughout the implementation phase
• Provide reporting to either the customer facing project manager or the customer or internal partners
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and organisational policies and procedures
• Accurately entering, administering, monitoring and maintaining AT&T internal database
• Providing regular updates and weekly reports on implementation activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Chinese - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

o Minimum of high school education, University education-preferred
o Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
o Fluent Mandarin/Putonghua (written and spoken) is a must
o Working experience in the Telecommunication Industry is an advantage
o Open-minded and enthusiastic team player
o Detail-oriented and willing to learn
