Candidate will manage Finance – billing oriented complex projects with global scope and virtual project teams according to the PMI methodology. This position requires a mature and knowledgeable Project Manager (PM) that will support current junior PMs in the team and will be significantly contributing to programs and portfolios.

Duties/Main job responsibilities:
- Provides end-to-end project management
- Assesses, plans for and manages project risks, issues, jeopardizes, escalations and problem resolutions
- Manages project scope, schedule and risk and ensures completion of projects while meeting quality and schedule objectives using the organization's standard processes
- Directs the project team
- Creates and updates project documentation with respect to PMI standards
- Manages project change control
- Suggest improvement to the processes
- Shares knowledge and coaches junior PMs
Scope of responsibilities:
- The Project Manager position in the Finance - Global Business Billing Solutions & Operations (GBBS&O) organization is responsible for the management of large, complex projects to achieve implementation of billing solutions worldwide.
- Working as the Project Manager, you will provide end-to-end project management throughout the lifecycle of a project by directing the efforts of project team using dotted-line authority to deliver a completed product or service.
- You will have full accountability for managing larger high complexity projects, or projects within programs which may span multiple regions or multiple functions; multiple concurrent projects may be managed as well. As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: estimating, scheduling, coordinating, assigning resources and assisting in recommending business solutions for projects.

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in project management – leading complex, international projects.
- Masters degree, preferably in the area of Business/Project Management or Economics
- This position requires the candidate to possess demonstrated experience as a strong and dedicated team player with well-developed versatility
- The candidate will have experience creating project charters and project management plans while monitoring of control activities and documentation during implementation.
- The candidate shall also possess a comfort level in setting up a project, the project team, scope definition, negotiating with stakeholders, managing dependencies and identifying risk.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new and changing situations, to share creative solutions with team members, and possess a proven ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to communicate on different organizational levels and with different organizational audiences
- Ability to manage project team members and work independently as well, self-starter.
