Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Consults with business and process leaders to identify key metrics points conforming to the AT&T metrics framework. Develops metrics, gathers and monitors data, and analyzes information to identify improvement areas. May develop and apply tools, methods, and systems to ensure continuous performance improvement. Management of existing disaster recovery related metrics and compliance processes, including but not limited to; customer email & phone notifications, test ID creation within internally supported tools, user ID maintenance, due date assignment & notification, escalations of past due targets, artifact reviews & maintenance of artifact repositories, quality assurance, maintenance of compliance data within existing tools, etc

Personality requirements and skills
Previous working experience with IT, data analyses in IT environment, with databses minimum 2 years.
Very good knowledge and ability of computing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, On-line collaboration.
Foundational information technology knowledge as well as technical knowledge in Network and Server architectures, including shared infrastructure and components.
Ability to communicate (in English) understands, and collaborate technical information verbally and in written form, concise technical information and details.
Proficiency in detailed data mining, interpreting, analysis and trending.
Degree in Computer Science, Business and/or Technology related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Telecommunications Network or Operations environment.
