Job description, responsibilities and duties

Location: Aupar Tower, Bratislava
Working hours: EMEA
Contract type: fixed-term for 1 year with possibility to prolong

Main responsibility around IBM IBS GTM Accounts production

∙ IBS GTM Billing quality assurance (billing data ‘contract compliancy’)
∙ Maintain basic information about a client in IBS system. This includes administrative and billing information
∙ Enter and maintain all sites, services for each client, establish the hierarchy levels
∙ Create and maintain any rating exceptions for each client, including site-specific rates, thresholds, and minimum commitment penalties
∙ Consolidate and process charges supplied via miscellaneous files (using vlookup, pivots..)
∙ Run monthly processes. This includes loading data from outside systems, executing the processes to create the billing data and correcting any errors that arise during the bill processes. Validation of billing data.
∙ Dispute support, including root cause analysis and proactive approach to correction of billing errors, making adjustments of incorrectly billed charges in system
. Implementation of process improvements, bringing own ideas into current processes
∙ Daily communication with Service Delivery Team (PIM), LCM, Sales, and internal suppliers
∙ Active participation on process documentation, process flow creation, training materials preparation

∙ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, Hlookup)
∙ Eductaion focused on Economics or Math advantageous
∙ Knowledge of MS Access advantageous
∙ Willingness to work with data

∙ Very accurate and disciplined, process focused with sense for details, ability to accept new perspectives, and willingness to learn

Education attained:
