Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining ongoing modifications for software applications based on user requirements in a variety of coding environments such as graphical user interface, database query languages, report writers, and specific development languages.
Consults on the use and implementation of software products and applications and specializes in the business development environment, including the selection of development tools and methodologies. Supports data quality efforts for information technology assets.

Personality requirements and skills
• Ability to develop data repositories using Microsoft SharePoint software (Master Pages, Page Layouts, Web Parts and the SharePoint Ribbon). Working knowledge for how to develop SharePoint’s version of the Windows Workflow Foundation is a plus.
• Understands the Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) software and a basic understanding of project management
• Responsible for managing large volume of work and the ability to assess tools/processes for continuous improvement opportunities
• Basic understanding of information technology and technical knowledge for Servers (physical and virtual), Storage, Database and Cloud computing
• Has a basic understanding of data mining (profiling) and overall data quality
• Ability to provide analysis and trending
• Solid functional ability of computing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, and On-line collaboration tools, such as ATT Connect, T-meeting, Q and others
• Ability to communicate (in English) understands, and collaborate technical information verbally and in written form, concise technical information and details
• Inter and Intra organizational communication is required, in order to provide feedback, recommendations, ideas for improvement and escalations
• Must be self-motivated, with excellent can-do attitude and have the ability to perform effectively in a stressful environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Business and/or Technology related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Telecommunications Operations environment
