Contract: Maternity leave cover

Job Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
• Position is responsible for the billing operations management of Canada and/or multiple Latin American countries.
• Candidate will work directly in the regional billing system to perform account setup, load monthly feeds, process bill triggers including billing element ids and applicable rates as per contract, perform bill validation, generate invoices and post electronically or arrange for postal/courier delivery through outsourcer teams. Candidate will also interface with Billing Customer Care in order to resolve complex customer billing inquiries and/or disputes.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Very good English language skills
• Qualified persons should have good time management, risk management, problem solving, leadership and analytical skills and be self-directed
• Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of billing processes and Oracle systems is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• Position is also suitable for graduates, but with at least basic (6 months) experience in billing, accounting, reporting
