Job description, responsibilities and duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating within a matrix organisation the candidate will analyse and address system issue of the International HR Data Management System (PeopleSoft 9 – “IHRMS”), take care of dedicated system processes as well as system maintenance. The candidate will also be responsible for simple ad hoc activities.
Key activities are:
• Being part of the International HR Data Management Team performing a system specialist role
• Reporting Analyst
• Create and maintain various reports, tracking spreadsheets, and on demand ad hoc report requests as needed and within specific time frames
• Maintain automated report distributions.
• Supporting audit requests
• Support working with PeopleSoft technical support functions as required
• Analysing and addressing system processing issues
• Maintaining system background tables
• Responsible for processing bulk requests file
• Responsible for the data quality in International HR database (IHRMS)
• Providing support linked to IHR Service Delivery projects

• Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex reports etc.)
• Ability to work with MS Access and SQL preferred

• Fluent English
• Good communication skills
