Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Customer‘s Kick off calls.
• Tracking of circuit delivery critical dates. Triggering escalations. Close cooperation with Access Provisioning Team.
• Tracking of hardware order with the AT&T Procurement and Staging team.
• Providing regular updates on order status to customer, Service Manager, or Global Project Manager
• Preparation, scheduling, and support of the service Test & Turn-up (T&TU) and LAN migration
• Participation on circuit, hardware, or other troubleshooting.
• Language support during T&TU if applicable.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree or secondary high school
• Fluent English and 2nd language is advanced (Spanish/Portuguese - CALA region).
Good communication skills and proficient writing ability.
• Previous work experience in adminisration, billin or reporting is advantage but position is suitable also for graduaes.
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies (network protocols, digital / optical carriers, WAN / LAN technologies).
• Basic knowledge of networking hardware (routers, bridges, multiplexers, switches).
• Ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process. Ability to directly interact with customers, project managers, internal organizations and PTT companies.
• Strong problem solving abilities. Confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision.
• Previous experience with CISCO routers configuration or CISCO Certification (CCNA) is an advantage.
• PC literate (MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Internet Explorer).
• Previous experience in the field of project management is welcome
