Job Summary
An Order Creator (OC) role works within the AT&T Virtual Private Networking (AVPN) Lifecycle Ordering team reviewing and processing network change requests for a variety of AT&T’s AVPN customers located in the EMEA, AP and CALA region. Responsibilities include validation of network change requests along with review and coordination with partner groups working within aggressive intervals. Order Creators partner with internal and external customers such as Service Management/Sales/Project Implementation Management and Vendors (typically telecom companies in EMEA, AP, CALA) as needed to clarify and process requests. The OC ensures all appropriate approvals have been obtained and work to resolve and prevent any contract, pricing or internal review board issues as they arise and as such must have an eye for detail. Individuals will participate in a team that is dedicated to new and emerging services/markets, and must quickly learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies. The individual will have responsibility for the efficient and effective completion of all activities requested within the team, to meet customer driven goals and deadlines whilst ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
An AVPN Ordering Creator is responsible for:
• Order Validation
• Validating key business and technical information
• Entering contract details into databases
• Port and circuit ordering with vendors in EMEA, AP, CALA
• Data analysis and reporting
• Maintaining data inventories and tooling
• Resolving custom requirements and contract issues.
• Providing support to peers and Change Team Engineers.
• Identifying improvement opportunities
• Billing validation and billing trigger

Skills and Experience
• Minimum six months experience in a data entry/database administration role within sales, customer service, service environment.
• Database experience & data entry experience
• Problem determination/analysis skills.
• Ability to chase and escalate issues.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and SLAs.
• Telecom experience an advantage but not essential
• Good customer service skills
• Proficiency with software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
• Strong data entry and PC skills
• Eye for detail

Education:
• University education

Language skills:
• Advanced to fluent English is mandatory

Other skills:
• Excellent Team Player, organisation, detail oriented, flexible, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them for resolution
• Excellent communication skills are a necessity along with the ability to use individual initiative, liaising & interfacing AT&T Project Management, Engineering & Management Teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines in a fast pace changing environment
• Proficiency with software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio
• Basic networking knowledge or telecoms experience is advantageous
• Strong commitment to process and quality improvement

Working hours:
• Monday to Friday – EMEA Working Hours – 9 AM to 5:30 PM
• Working overtime/weekends/shifts may be required in order to support customer’s requests.
• Working hours can change based on customer requirements.
