The HR Business Partner role provides a bridge between HR matters and the business. This is a senior role to support the Marketing organization of AT&T internationally.

Job responsibilities:
  • Will work in Partnership with the senior management teams of the Marketing organisation to provide strategic HR guidance and coaching.
  • The person will provide consultative services to business leaders and provide HR solutions to resolve business issues.
  • The incumbent should ensure HR best practices are integrated into short, medium and long term planning in order to make a value added contribution to the success of the business.
  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR initiatives, across the supported organization, including organization design, workforce planning, performance management and compensation.
  • The job includes regular communication with higher levels of the company
  • Participating in various HR projects
  • Regular reporting on ongoing HR projects
  • The role reports to the Director of HR Business Partners based in the US

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Key Requirements

  • 5- 10 years HR experience from within an international environment
  • fluency in English
  • Experience from HR business partnering or HR project management preferred
  • Some experience from an corporate environment preferred
  • Well-developed communication and argumentation skills
  • Resilient, strong influencing skills and a team player
  • Project management skills
  • Stress-resistant
  • Flexibility with the ability to travel and work in multi-cultural /multi-time zone environment
