Job description, responsibilities and duties
Administrative support of Field Operations:
• Planning and preparation of business trips (flight tickets,
accommodation, car rental and taxi ordering, invitation letters and
visa arrangement, communication with foreign local partners)
• Communication with customers and arrangement of field visits
• Calculation of expected costs for service trips reinvoicing
• Preparation of outsourcing reimbursement inputs
• Monthly costs analyses
• Meeting arrangements, participation in meetings, preparation of
meeting minutes
• Customer care agenda. Communication with customers to collect
relevant feedback, regards Fes performance, after each new VSAT
installation or succesfull service visit
