Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. Preparation, monitoring and closure of study sites according to relevant SOPs.
a. Proposes potential investigators
b. Performs center initiation
c. Contacts centers at required frequency
d. Ensures study supplies are adequate and are handled properly at the study site
e. Provides training, support and advice to study site personnel in study specific procedures
f. Ensures correctness of data by performing source data verification
g. Ensures accurate and timely reporting of Serious Adverse Events
h. Performs data clarification and editing
i. Ensures that centers are closed properly
2. Contribution to Local Study Team in matters relating to sites monitored
a. Prepares regulatory and IEC documents for application
b. Maintains full study documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs and local regulations at site
c. Communicates with Clinical Study Team Leader and other internal and external partners
- travelling to all parts of Slovakia, office based in Bratislava
