Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Positions covers job roles as Distribution/Logistics Specialist and Procurement Specialist, hand in hand with Business Analyst, with all related responsibilities within Slovakia. Position is reporting to Head of Commercial Finance CZ/SK.
Distribution/Logistics tasks:
- Complaints management, GXP, meetings
- Collection, review and submission of sales orders, samples, FOCG (to AZ UK)
- Order confirmation and invoices sent to customers, delivery tracking
- Returns, Tenders
- Monthly reports: mid month estimate, Ex-Factory net sales calculation/reconciliation, other
- Risk management, supply optimisation
- Product forecast (AMICUS) based on market demand analysis, Finance & BU inputs
- Review/management of business allocation by customers - supply optimisation
- Communication with CSC including monthly assessment of LDD (QMS - MV tool)
- Communication with Ops & Distribution, including meetings
- Stock management: UPS/Consignment/EC (incl. batch traceability, relabeling etc.)
Finance/Business analysis:
- Coordinating planning and business review process and consolidation of sales, marketing, HR and Finance inputs to the Business review in order to meet all requirements and deadlines
- Driving rolling volume and value planning process as a base for financial planning
- Working with the business units to provide market and product performance analyses to support business decisions
- Ensuring accurate and consistent reporting on the performance across the organisation (IMS reporting,….)
Procurement tasks:
- Transactional activities data management – vendors, POs, contract database
- Saving reports
- 3PRM
