Service Engineer (Forming Fabrics) Germany-Eastern Europe

Key responsibilities and activities

  • Provide service, installation assistance & trainings where required to maximize product performance, customer satisfaction & profit

  • You will work in several regions (Central and Eastern European countries, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, as well as other international markets)

  • Service includes measurements on the performance of our products and advice on improvements

  • Provide technical product recommendations and market information

  • Maintain good relationships with all customers and agents

  • Handling any customer requirements & complaints promptly and effectively

  • Keep up-to-date on new products, processes and technological developments in the Forming fabric industry

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of paper machine functioning and influencing performance factors

  • You gained this knowledge by at least 3 years experience in paper production, like in engineering, service, production etc. in a previous position

  • ·Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma

  • Fluent English & German

  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% of the time

  • Excellent communication, technical and organizational skills

  • Strong customer orientation, ability to develop close business relationships

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Motivated personality, self-starter, goal oriented
