We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business and Sales Specialist to join our team in the field of industrial automation. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of industrial automation solutions.
Job Description:
- Client Relationship Management - build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our industrial automation solutions and address client needs
- Leading and strategically planning sales activities and market share growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing business strategies.
- Preparing quotations - prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in collaboration with the sales team and technical experts. Ensure that proposals align with client requirements, budget constraints, and company objectives.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
