Business Demand Manager

Summary:
- Senior expert in CRM domain with ability to understand customer requirements and transfer them into solutions addressing customer’s business pain
- CRM functional consultant / CRM consultant with experience of the full life cycle from scoping, requirements gathering, data migration
and CRM software implementation to end user training

Job responsibilities:
- Works closely with the customer to identify, analyse and design solutions in CRM domain
- Supports, develops and improves software systems
- Prepares and provides customer trainings
- Handles internal and external system integrations
- Designs and performs complex configurations and customisations
- Designs solution architecture, ensures integration of CRM solutions into customer’s environment
- Works with consultants to improve implementations, enhancements and software issues
- Bridges business teams with IT teams by providing skills and ability to transform customer’s business needs into requirements, functional and technical specifications
