Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your resposibilities:
- Development and implementation of procedures in the field of quality in the automotive industry to ensure efficiency,
- Actively monitoring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and improvement in the quality domain,
- Responding to customer complaints by implementing containment actions, conducting full analysis, incorporating poka-yokes (error-proofing) and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures,
- Conducting internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS),
- Monitoring production processes according to international standards,
- Implementing VDA 6.3 methods to ensure systematic evaluation and improvement of processes,
- Managing APQP process to anticipate and minimize risks associated with new products or changes,
- Implementing PPAP to verify that new or modified parts meet qualitative requirements before being introduced into serial production,
- Leading a team in the quality domain and ensuring their continuous education and development,
- Communication with other departments, providing training and techniques to achieve qualitative standards,
- Active communication with suppliers and customers in the field of product quality,
- Maintaining detailed documentation on quality and monitoring the performance of quality systems,
- Regular reporting of results, trends and recommendations to the company's management.

- University education in engineering, quality, or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Quality Manager (automotive industry advantage),
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and quality improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma or Lean,
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
- English language at a communicative level, German a great advantage,
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods,
- Proficient in MS Office,
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance with these quality management systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Quality Manager (automotive industry advantage),
