Query Interface Developer

• Your position is focuses on designing, developing, implementing and maintaining data interfaces between our company and external Banks and third party systems.
• Additionally should cover writing reports, from management information to client reports, most likely using crystal reports, although other report writers will be considered.
• Will also be heavily involved in joint efforts to develop APIs for other systems to communicate effectively with our connectivity’s data interfaces from and to various systems.
• It will additionally entail understanding and growing into supporting some of our applications, such as Mfact, Mshare and Advent Geneva.
• Know how of front end systems used by investment managers and how to extract or upload data from the various sources will be an important task.
• You will be working with a team of fund accountants and investor relations people. Furthermore you will build up know how for business analysis and set up a data delivery support organization.
• The Query Interface developers will be responsible for aspects of the data interfaces for banks and investor relations located around the world.
• Work with our Connectivity team to create necessary tools and systems to enhance the scalability of our data interfaces and other internal data requirements.
• Escalation point for the Data Support when data problems are encountered. The developers will be expected to be available to assist the Data Support Delivery Team when bug fixes or data manipulation is necessary.
• Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction as well as management of service expectations including work products, timing, and value to be delivered.
