Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Providing full front Office support, be the “face”of the company,
- Operating telephones, taking messages for internal clients, providing information to callers or routing to appropriate person, able to assess the urgency of calls,
- Translating documents from and to English,
- Meeting and greeting clients, offering and serving refreshments,
- Booking business trips, flights, hotels, ordering taxis, couriers,
- Arranging for notaries,
- Taking responsibility for post delivery,
- Communicating with suppliers, ordering stationary,
- Coordinating meetings, booking internal meeting rooms for meetings,
- Working with PC, sending and receiving emails, responding to queries from internal and external clients.
