Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient office functions via a range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks,
- Carrying out operative tasks on an ad hoc basis, e. g. scheduling, travel planning, fly tickets processes etc.,
- Handling general administrative tasks (e. g. international correspondence, announcements, etc.) for the CEO and local management in Bratislava (Slovakia),
- Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency,
- Work with CEO to set and maintain priorities on new and ongoing projects,
- Assist CEO with managing client relationships,
- Effectively monitor office budget with the directive of the CEO,
- Regular follow up and review of revalidation form is required.
- Assist in handling correspondence, complaints and queries
- Implement and maintain office administrative tasks, e.g. invoices, time sheets, office supply procurement, etc.

Your profile
• Preferably University degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience while holding an assistant role within an international corporate environment
• Distinctive intercultural competence with a strong service orientation
• Experienced in organizing international meetings, fairs and customer presentations
• Experienced being in interaction with international executives and colleagues of different hierarchical levels
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Sufficient familiarity with/exposure to a number of straightforward processes and standardized work routines to execute them
• Profound knowledge of MS-Office (incl. PowerPoint)
• MS Excel - MUST be on higher level,
• Excellent command of English – knowledge of German is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on Part-time for 6 hours on daily basis
