Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

1. Manage Asset Risk activity in 2 countries of the region.
2. Ensure application of statistical methods and models on past observations from external market and from internal data. These methods are used to detect the risks on following parameters: RV = residual value of car, SMR= service, maintenance and repair, tyres. Has to be done for both assigned countries.
3. In line with Regional manager, maintain current Asset Risk policies, with special focus on guidelines on application of group policies in the entities of the region. Ensure that all RV & SMR infrastructure are compliant with group methods.
4. Develop working relations with local management in order to offer “expert” support.
5. Support local Asset Risk Analyst to deliver reliable and high standard, this by sharing expert knowledge.
6. Design and implement adequate set of regional KPI’s with cooperation of Regional Manager. Ensure proper reporting by local Asset Risk Analyst.
7. Be sure that Regional manager is confident with methodoligies and datat used in countries.
8. Develop and maintain our SW system used for these 2 countries.
9. Provide an independent view regarding proposed budgets, forecasts (exchange rate, inflation and used car market), statistical model accuracy.
10. Continuously work on improving reporting tools, benchmarking tools used in the assigned countries and supporting best practice sharing within the region.
11. Support regional manager to implement properly defined action plan in local entities.
