Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Driver Desk Department as the Head of Driving Experience. 

What does it mean to be the Head of DD? 

  • Participation in the recruitment process
  • Cooperation with local country experts and corporate functions to continuously improve operational processes within Driving Experience perimeter, in order to follow TOM structure and process organization
  • Communication with supported countries and peers within the countries
  • Close cooperation with internal divisions of ACCB and supported countries (Finance, Vehicle & Logistics, Fleet Services, Business Controlling, Purchase, Sales)
  • Regular evaluation of KPIs of teams, team members and supported countries
  • Organization of team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings
  • Participation of internal and external meetings and workshops
  • Preparation of regular reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Responsible for creation, maintenance and update of process and working instructions library
  • Performing controls based on the control plan
