- Managing the products quality and production processes
- Defining the quality goals
- Being responsible for quality management ISO9001
- Leading and developing the department
- Planning, analysing and managing corrective actions
- Designing improvement solutions
- Introducing and managing professional product testing
- Intervening into production processes in order to achieve the required quality requirements
- Ensuring compliance with the relevant documentation
- Coordinating the quality in subcontracting chains
- Managing the calibration of devices
- Leading and coordinating RoHS, CE, EMC and other certification processes
- Collaborating with the external environment at international level
- Reporting to the head of division CSD (customer satisfaction division)
