Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible to follow, control, audit and improve supplier quality across SCQ EU organization. He or she must assure to reach the annual goals provided by the group
Following, controlling, audit and improve supplier quality across SCQ EU organization
Assuring to reach the annual goals provided by the group
Planning and proceeding MPC´s at 3PS, creates the MPC-reports and following up to the defined corrective actions
Scheduling of the MPC´s follows to the yearly MPC planning plus additional MPC´s lasting from new projects and/ or new suppliers
Planning and proceeding SQA- and SCA-audits, creates the audit reports, save them in the intranet and follow up to the defined corrective actions and update them in the intranet
Organizing the MPC-review to monitor the planned MPC´s, the correct reporting of the MPC´s and the fulfilment of the defined corrective actions together with the colleagues from the European plants. The rules are defined in a special WI
Being a member of the supplier escalation meetings (one with INDU and PUR, the second with CQ). In this meeting, the priorities of supplier activities (series suppliers and potential new suppliers) are fixed and planned for the scheduling
Participating on meetings internal the quality departments of the plants, if needed
Proceeding the troubleshooting at 3PS due to escalations after internal commitment from the involved departments
Organizing the development of the 3PS performances (FPY, OTD and CCL) after internal commitment with the involved departments INDU, PUR and SCQ
