Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Actively participating in building the country strategies and the tools to execute it
- Communicating strategies, plans and programs that support these strategies, to their staff of Area Sales Managers
- Actively participating in building quarterly and annual sales forecast
- Conducting campaign / quarterly review sessions with Area Sales Managers according to the established schedule and requirements
- Analyzing the market quarterly to determine its value by region for resource allocation, goal setting and market realignment
- Identifying ways to leverage strengths versus the competition
- Setting priorities for Area Sales Manager time allocation by zone
- Being responsible for the preparation, consolidation and distribution of sales budget
- Recruiting and training a staff of competent and motivated Area Sales Managers according to the guidelines and requirements established
- Ensuring that Area Sales Managers have a qualified, trained team of alternate support
- Properly matching the human resource to the market in assigning Area Sales Managers, keeping in mind the language and cultural needs of customers and club members for each of their regions and portfolio analysis
- Scheduling activities on area on priority basis
- Taking responsibility and accountability for the effective execution of objectives and strategies
- Working with Area Sales Managers in the friendly spirit to successfully achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
- Ensuring Area Sales Managers accept accountability for objectives and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit
- Ensuring that Area Sales Managers allocate time and support differentially, according to leader’s strengths, weaknesses and potential, and also considering the geographic potential for a prudent return on investment
- Establishing key category expense levels with Mangers in order to build sales profitably
- Managing task of multiple projects to meet deadlines and within the budget

Professional profile:
- University education
- Minimally 5 years of experience on a similar position, preferably in direct selling
- Experience with management of task/multiple projects to meet deadlines, and within budget
- Deep knowledge of direct selling business model
- Strong experience in the field of sales and marketing in sphere of FMCG, Retail, pharma, beuaty or cosmetics.
- Advanced level of English knowledge
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet)

- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and presentation skills (oral and written)
