Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Building, leading and developing a team of key account managers, marketers and sales people
- Being fully accountable for customer relationships
- Consistently achieving regional sales and expense goals across the Aesthetics product portfolio
- Demonstrating the ability to execute marketing plans across product portfolio
- Understanding and communicating the sales execution role within the marketing plan
- Being in charge of shaping the market, assessing, promoting and monitoring demand with disciplined tracking of KPIs
- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Developing relations and contacts with local agents
- Maintaining contact with key clients in the market area
- Ensuring that all departments provide high levels of client satisfaction
- Ensuring unit size structure and processes support efficiency and delivery of performance

Professional profile:
- University degree
- Strong experience in the field of sales and marketing in the sphere of OTC pharma, FMCG or beauty and cosmetics
- Minimum 5 years of experience at marketing, commercial middle and / or top management positions
- Good knowledge of pharma market in Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Experience in launching products and sustaining growth in the pharmacy segment
- Previous experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet)
