Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being responsible for the overall process of solving customer issues and complaints
- Responsibility for resolving all customer issues and complaints
- Setting and solving activities leading to the prevention of complaints
- Regular cooperation with teams across the enterprise
- Participation in projects within the company
- Coordination of recruitment
- Monitoring of staff and evaluation of their activities, motivation of the team entrusted to support the team assignment process
- Support function for telesales department (security performance and compliance goals)
- Roofing training and development programs help to solve problems
