Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Providing HR advice and guidance on a full range of HR activities to various
departments within the company and specialist knowledge and support to
the HR team in the area of employee resourcing
- Being responsible for a variety of HR related programs to ensure that the organization’s
current and future HR requirements are met. This includes : recruitment / training and development / compensation and benefits / performance evaluation / HR administration and HR information systems and payroll / employee communication
- Liaising with functional or operational managers to develop and implement
local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent
with the overall HR strategy
- Leading, evaluating and developing HR / payroll
- Ensuring that the organization’s HR strategy is implemented effectively and within
established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant
regulations, laws and employment standards
- Supporting the company leaders during all HR related decisions, activities, issues, etc.
- Ensuring all local labour related legislation requirements are fulfilled
- Representing Company in State Offices
