Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Working in teams of various size
- Having overall responsibility to deliver service to clients
- Planning, leading and executing audit engagements for complex organizations with the Slovak and international operations, both public and private
- Providing audit and business advice to variety of clients
- Interacting directly with Managers and clients as necessary on matters related to engagement management
- Communicating audit findings and results to client management team and the Partners / Managers
- Managing a client portfolio and reporting to the Managers
- Managing and supervising work
- Developing and training staff members
- Managing staff and being responsible for coaching
- Assisting with strengthening and expanding existing client relationships and development of new business relationships
- Having opportunity to actively participating in company’s initiatives
- Being responsible for development and training delivery and recruitment efforts

Personality requirements and skills

Professional profile:
- University education with specialization in economics
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience on (senior, assistant to audit manager)
- Experience with audit and risk management gained at Big 4 is considered as an advantage
- Experience with audit in financial/non-financial sector
- Ability to resolve technical accounting and audit matters
- Solid understanding of ISA standards and IFRS
- Experience with building relationships with clients
- ACCA qualification is an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet)
