Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Ensuring and developing financial controls and improving monitoring processes and practices in order to optimize profitability and minimize risk
- Supervising the team of accountants to the procedures to the payments
- Being in charge of software implementation that processes financial reports as income statement, profit and loss account, quarterly balance sheet, sales reports and inner cost flow reports
- Adopting all changes within the system and involving the team into all software changes
- Responsible for control of payment status of each client and fuel surcharge policy
- Guaranteeing the reliability of the accounts of the subsidiary and their production within the allotted deadlines and in compliance with local accounting, fiscal and social regulations
- Guaranteeing the implementation and monitoring of management control in the subsidiary, thereby enabling the Company Manager to optimize the management and the performance of the unit
- Solving daily problems in cooperation with the team and supervising the team’s cooperation about all problems with other stakeholders
- Guaranteeing the reporting of the subsidiary to the corporate departments at headquarters
- Ensuring that the IT systems provide a suitable response to needs and guarantees that they work effectively
- Setting up the monthly and quarterly reporting (weekly, business, Interco, actual, cash flow and organization transport
- Processing tax returns
- Cooperation with auditors
- Meeting deadlines according to Group constraints
- Monitoring and reporting financial performance
- Supporting budget and business plan
- Keeping contact with auditors, banks, tax office and other authorities
- Being responsible for all administrative issues delegated
- Handling management of subsidiary cash-flow
- Taking part in managing the inventories (stock) of the subsidiary
- Controlling the performance of the credit collection’s team and optimizing its efficiency

Professional profile:
- Secondary School or University degree in the field of business finance (accounting and controlling)
- Minimally 5 years of experience on a similar position
- Knowledge of management accounting and cost controlling background
- Active knowledge of English language
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet), SAP is a must
