Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Being responsible for providing the overall process design, production equipment design
- Managing team of 4 Process Engineers
- Suggesting measures for improvement of assembly line and upholstery, thereby increasing productivity and improving manufacturing costs and quality
- Managing the personnel assigned in order to reach objectives of the area
- Being responsible for the planning, design, installation and test of manufacturing systems
- Guaranteeing the design of production equipment in planned time and with planned costs
- Setting detailed specifications
- Implementing production methods and procedures
- Improving the present manufacturing or production method
- Processing to improve productivity, quality, and profitability for the company
- Guaranteeing confidentiality of the information
- Reporting to the Assembly Operations Manager
- Managing a team of a Process Engineer and a Process Technician
- Managing team of 4 Process Engineers

- Previous experience with manufacturing , car industry, engineering industry, assembling
- Experience with engineering in assembly with many different assembly lines
- Experience with management and development of the team in Engineering
- Experience with set up of new products or modification of products, set up of the training system of operators and optimization of the production time
- Knowledge of “lean production”, mechanical design, production methodology “design for manufacturing”, design review, visual planning
- Previous knowledge of project management, 5 S, method of problem solving, measurement of the standard production time,
- Active knowledge of English or Italian language
- PC skills (MS Office), Baan or other management softwares, Pro-Engineer or other CAD systems
