Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main tasks:
- Active communication with customers regarding quality and claims
- Preparing 8D reports and evaluating the quality of parts
- Coordinating of customer’s PPAP
- Regularly visiting the customer to ensure the quality
- Minimizing the costs associated with the customer’s claims (PPM)
- Evaluating deviations from serial measurements and coordinating the activities leading to corrective actions from the deviation
- Supporting the implementation of the quality system according to ISO / TS 16949
- Reporting to Quality Manager
