Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Planning and managing the sales activities for Slovakia
Marketing of the selected products
Preparing annual regional forecasts and participating in the determination of market potential and of sales expense estimates for the region
Developing customer relationships within the region
Contacting major accounts to establish, increase, and maintain business and ensure customer satisfaction
Building strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers (KOL management and relationships to buyers and relevant authorities)
Implementation of the Marketing and Sales Plan on a regional basis
Achieving sales plan and quotas
Attending surgery and hospital care procedures
Participation in and preparation for conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and events
Report to the Export Manager and providing feedback on the field level activities
Participating in regional and international projects
Evaluating new business opportunities on the market (e.g. inlicensing opportunities of new molecules)
Understand the value chain, logistics, and supply chain process

Personality requirements and skills

Professional profile:
Ideally university degree in Life Sciences or a commercial field
Minimum 4 years of selling experience to professionals in the healthcare industry
Understanding of the generics industry
Experience within the Intensive Care (ICU) area is highly appreciated, Primary Care and/or pharmaceutical representative experience is a plus
Experience in evaluating business trends and assessing market conditions within the industry (knowledge of the Slovak health care system, regulations, and competition)
Good English language skills (written and spoken), further language skills (especially
Hungarian) is an advantage
PC skills (MS Office, internet, handhelds, etc.)
Driving licence Group B
