Project Documentation Officer
Your role
The Doc Center officer reports to the Doc Center Leader in Bratislava and contributes to the functional reporting to PM(ED)-G about
• the realization of the documentation process in the Bratislava office
• problems and difficulties encountered concerning project documentation
• used hours / Budget vs. planned budget
• statistics of realized tasks (documents, correspondence, orders, …)
• resource capacity
• project specific KPIs
Your profile
• fluent English language (spoken and written)
• Feeling for quality and a certain tenacity to impose documentation quality
• knowledge and experience in MS-Office tools, especially MS Word and MS Excel
• basic knowledge on databases
• Team spirit & good relational behavior
