Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are currently looking for ambitious people to join our team, with the opportunity to jump to high career levels in a relatively short time.
Requirements:
- Interest in export/import and in commodities trade;
- Previous experience in a sales role with metals is a must;
- Business drive and career-growth ambitions;
- Independent and out-of-the-box logical thinking;
- Willingness to work hard and learn;
- Good time management skills and fast-learning approach;
- English language with excellent oral and written skills is a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, business appeal;
- Good computer literature (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Internet Browsers, etc.);
The International Trader will be responsible for daily tasks such as:
- Researching and analysing new markets to perform business development towards new potential areas (markets, products, strategies, etc.);
- Generating and maintaining business relationships with firms in the designed geographic areas;
- Communicating with worldwide business partners for offers/inquiries and other cooperation matters;
- Discussing strategic moves for the long and short terms and making important decisions about purchase and sales;
- Travelling for the aim of face-to-face negotiation with business partners and participating to international events;
- Issuing and sending documents to business partners, sorting and storing incoming and outgoing files;
- Preparing periodical reports of performance and market analyses.
