Hello, we are looking for new member for the Arcondis family. This is your chance to make healthcare better. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the business, business processes, and business needs and consult the Product Owners and other key stakeholders
Identify the most relevant customer segments affecting the value of the product
Requirements engineering and translation into project scope
Administrative tasks, e.g. creation of documentation, presentation materials, scheduling of meetings
Support a Scrum Master in the coordination of development teams within the product backlog
Coordinate and administrate Backlog Management Tool (e.g. Jira) and write user stories
Previous experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ideally on Power Automate (+ Desktop) or UIPath experience
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, life science or a comparable field
- At least 1 year of practical experience in working as a Business Analyst, ideally in international, distributed teams
- Experience in using agile tools and working in an agile project management approach
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Proactivity, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
