Job description, responsibilities and duties
• organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments for Managing Directors,
• arranging travel, visas and accommodation,
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate,
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority,
• picking up mail at post office; dealing with incoming and outgoing mails,
• producing documents, reports and presentations,
• taking minutes,
• organization of company events,
• arrangements of ID cards for employees, communication with BTS and VIE Airport,
• flight tickets booking for employees,
• organization and evidence of employees parking; company cars administration ,
• ensuring image of offices,
• liaising with visitors, suppliers and other staff,
• assists directors and other managerial staff,
