Job description, responsibilities and duties
Monitoring and technical support at NOC (Network Operating Centre)
Activities:
- Monitoring and technical support for costumers
- Admnistrating and filling trouble ticket system, administration and monitoring NOC tools and systems
- Oversee of service cases from establishing till conclusion (in case of need configuration of used technology - satellite modems, Cisco reutre),
- controlling, checking and optimalization of use space segment and/or overview of lease circuits
- Securing of monitoring systems, cooperation with changes proposals or updating
- Crating of regular reports for head of center of operation of the network
- Creating and retention of technical documentation for every ongoing
and preparing projects,
- Cooperation on efective increasing and optimalization of transferred activities on NOC
- Back up of data, configuration of used equipment and their saving
- Support at service of building security system and alarm situation solving, administration of keys and access cards for service stuff
- Ensuring of equipment for necessary repairs and their punctual evidence
- AM and PM shifts
