Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Customer support
- Follow up and Troubleshooting (1st level) of network failures reported by customers or automatic monitoring systems; escalation when needed to 2nd/3rd level
- Daily care of operational networks for data-, voice- and/or video communication
- Monitor network performance in terms of availability and reliability
- Maintenance of Monitoring & Control information; C-info, RT3, Dataminer, EMC
- Support of internal projects related to network line-ups and maintenance; Line-up execution
- Maintenance of technical documentation for operational projects
- Active participation in development of Operational knowledge base
