Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Welcoming guests, answering telephone calls
- Office supply orders
- Administration and maintenance of company fleet cards
- Customers, cards and contracts database maintenance and development
- Communication and solving issues with customers
- Cooperation with other third parties (card system supplier, card manufacturer etc.)
- Providing support other colleagues
- Invoice scanning to Basware
- Mail administration/distribution
- Supplier management (travelling, hotels, cattering)
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Backup for retail admin. Assistant
