Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Process wet product and transportation invoices, ensuring they are accurate, comply with agreed contracts and ensure they are paid on time..
- Commercial Sales invoice processing and appropriate data maintenance in SAP.
- Monitor the payment of invoices is made on time and ensure any agreed credit limits are maintained for commercial customers.
- Maintain all S&T records, monitoring product losses and analyzing the cause of losses.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the process for maintaining stock at the stations is maintained so that stations do not run out of wet products.
- Coordinate fuel deliveries from Suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels at sites and at terminals.
- Back up of Assistant.
