Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure smooth vendors documents processing through our system (e.g. invoices)
- Ensure smooth communication of convenience products data between office and sites
- Ensure to have the most of the vendors on EDI.
- Ensure all invoices match and are paid on time /including EDI.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve EDI issues.
- Manually process and archive invoices of non-EDI vendors
- Ensure adherence to high company standards for safety, environmental awareness and business ethics.
- Make sure all vendors documents (invoices) are processed timely
- Make sure that all EDI contracts and communication with vendors are according to highest possible level.
- Make sure that transfer of invoice documents through EDI goes in timely manner
- Make sure that communication regarding convenience products between sites and office goes in timely manner
- Monitor the market trends and inform the rest of marketing group about it
